Civil War Part 3 or 4 (Defenders vs X-Men). After the loss of the registration files, Captain America hatches a plan to retrieve those files and rescue some of the unregistered superhumans that were arrested as a result of that file. He calls upon the X-Men for aid, and they have answered that call. However, Ironman has no intention of letting Captain America succeed, and has called for some mystical support to end Captain America’s unlawful ways and bring him in for trial.
